A sales CRM for teams that spend the day on the phone. From our earlier agency work we knew sales processes from the inside.

Relationflow CRM was meant to make outreach easy and the rep’s work as pleasant as possible. Everything revolved around net talk time: the part of the day when someone is actually on the other end of the line. The power dialer, templates, snippets and workflows were there to make it as large as possible.

Every customer sells something different. With custom fields, custom activities and the activity log, a team sets up the CRM the way it works.

After the meeting, the CRM takes notes. Zoom and calendar transcripts land with the lead. An AI suggests a summary, outcome, deal stage and field values; nothing is applied until a person approves it.

In the AI automations the team decides, per meeting category, which fields the AI fills and which deal stage comes next, with a hint for each field. The suggestions land in the inbox as a review; whoever owns the lead checks them, corrects them and applies them.

The same product, built twice. The first version was made from mid-2023 by the team with a no-code tool, over 15 months. The second was rewritten in early 2026 by one person with AI, in seven weeks.

v2 was built between 6 February and 27 March 2026: Next.js, Postgres with row level security, browser calling via Twilio, Gmail, calendar and Zoom integrations, AI reviews and controlling. Claude is listed as co-author in 29 of 31 commits.

Relationflow CRM has been retired. The name then went to the team’s AI platform: Relationflow
